Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled. 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. There are no cash refunds.

Regular tutoring, first session, assistive technology support, educational consulting, and school team meetings

• More than 48 hours’ notice: credit toward a new date

• Less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no-show: the full session fee is charged

Block of 8 sessions

• The package is prepaid and non-refundable

• More than 48 hours’ notice: that session can be rescheduled

• Less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no-show: that session is used

• Unused sessions in an active package are credited, not cashed out, unless otherwise agreed

Monthly retainers

• A retainer holds weekly times and is prepaid for the month

• Retainer fees are non-refundable

• The 48-hour rule still applies to each session

• More than 48 hours’ notice: that session may be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability

• Less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no-show: that session is used

• Unused retainer sessions do not roll into the next month unless agreed in writing

• 30 days’ written notice is required to end a retainer

• During the notice period, reserved times stay booked and the month remains payable
