We recommend starting with a Discovery Call or Initial Assessment so we can understand your child’s needs and create the right plan.
1. Getting Started
These services are offered by Katia and are the best way to begin.
Free 15-Minute Discovery Call 15 minutes A quick conversation to discuss your child’s learning needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
First Session – Assessment & Planning (HST included) 60 minutes @ CA$138.00 Includes a comprehensive intake, 40 minutes of testing/observation, and a 20-minute meeting to review findings and create a personalized learning plan. A link for a follow-up meeting will be sent after this session.
2. Ongoing Tutoring Support
Regular tutoring sessions are available with Katia or Chantal after the initial assessment.
Book Regular Tutoring Sessions Choose your preferred tutor and view their availability.
Please note: The Initial Assessment must be completed with Katia before booking ongoing tutoring sessions with either tutor.
3. Educational Consulting
Sometimes families need more than regular tutoring. This service offers focused, expert guidance to help you better understand your child’s assessments and make informed decisions about school supports and accommodations.
Educational Consulting 60 minutes @ $195 + HST ($224.25 total)
One focused 60-minute meeting to help families understand assessments and advocate effectively. This meeting can include a review of educational assessments, IPPs/IEPs, accommodations, and/or strategic planning, school advocacy, and recommendations.
