About Spout Education

At Spout Education, we believe that meaningful learning lasts a lifetime. The whale in our logo symbolizes wisdom, longevity, and the keeper of knowledge. These values guide our work.Just as whales pass down wisdom across generations, we help children build skills and confidence that stay with them for years to come.

This business was first suggested to me by my mom over ten years ago, when I had just started teaching. At the time, I wasn’t ready. After she passed away, I finally felt the courage to take the leap and create the kind of support I wish every family could access.

What began as a solo tutoring practice has grown into a small team of dedicated tutors. Our mission is clear: to support skilled teachers by offering fair compensation for their expertise, and to help families by providing interventions that are thoughtful, research-based, and truly effective.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all tutoring. Instead, we create and implement strategies that work for each individual child. We specialize in supporting students with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and autism using structured literacy and play-based approaches.

Whether through direct tutoring or educational consulting, our goal is always the same: to help children feel capable, understood, and hopeful about their learning journey.
