Book an Appointment
New families start with a short introduction so we can hear about your child. After that conversation we book the assessment, and then tutoring.
1. Getting Started
15-minute introduction A quick conversation to discuss your child’s learning needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Initial Assessment
Assessment and Plan Includes a comprehensive intake, 40 minutes of testing/observation, and a 25-minute meeting to review findings and create a personalized learning plan. A link for a follow-up meeting will be sent after this session.
2. Ongoing Tutoring
Regular tutoring sessions are available after the initial assessment.

Please note: The Initial Assessment must be completed with Katia before booking ongoing tutoring sessions with either tutor.
3. Educational Consulting and Assistive Technology Support
Sometimes families need more than weekly tutoring. These services offer focused guidance on assessments, school supports, adaptations, and assistive technology, including how to use those tools in real schoolwork.
Then keep the two appointment descriptions underneath:
Educational Consulting
60-minute meeting to review assessments, IPPs, and adaptations. Includes suggestions for IPP learning outcomes and adaptations, school-meeting prep, and guidance on public, independent, or French school options. Can be added to tutoring. School team meeting attendance is booked separately.
Assistive Technology Support
Practical session to choose tools and use them on real homework: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, organizers, or tools named in a report. Please bring the report if you have one and one assignment that usually falls apart. Can be added to tutoring. Does not replace the school’s official technology plan.
